Science and the Bible

Today, many people believe that science provides all the answers in life and if it disagrees with the Bible, it’s because the Bible is wrong. Romans 1:20 informs us that since the creation of the world, the invisible qualities of God, both His eternal power and divine nature, are clearly seen – being understood from what He has made.

Many times the Scriptures use physical things to teach spiritual truths. For example, when Jesus Christ compared the hearing and practicing of his sayings to a house that is built on a rock, what does this mean? Information regarding foundations and the science and technology behind building techniques provide a deeper understanding of this verse.

The purpose of the Science and the Bible page on this blog is to present some of God’s Word and to support it by applying explanations and reasoning we see in the physical world using science and technology. This can help us understand the truth as God has declared it and show that when science discovers the truth, it is not in conflict with God’s Word.
